i am a subscriber to the magazine unique cars and have seen the adverts for lorbek luxury cars pty ltd.
when we spotted a car we liked and found out it was from lorbeks we were very happy to proceed to purchase,
especially having seen the ads in unique cars.
we had a couple of concerns with the roadworthy certificate after we had purchased the vehicle so contacted lorbeks.

Before I say anything else, I want anyone, and everyone, who may read this, to understand this is totally unsolicited.
My wife and I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz, CLS350 (2005 model) from you.
I have been "checking-out" your web site for a number of years, quite often "dreaming (or drooling)" over the cars that you were selling.
Quite often I was tempted to contact you, but thought, No, it will be too hard, particularly over the Internet and Phone.
Then it appeared.
Owning two Mercedes sedans, and an ML500 4-wheel drive, I thought how can I make this happen.
Via our negotiations, we now own the car shown above.
Your realization of our situation, and preparedness to negotiate a solution, was fantastic.
The follow-up service with Geoff and Steve has been great, particularly with the little warranty issue that appeared with the car, and was resolved promptly.
Running a business myself, I know it can be fairly demanding, but sometimes a little thank you can speak a thousand words.

The Benz arrived on the 9th Wednesday afternoon.
Absolutely delighted. It looks great!
Took it into town yesterday to get the blue slip for registration and the guy there said thank you to me for ending his day of inspections with an absolutely excellent car after a day of 8 inspections of which he had knocked back 6 and had arguments with many of them.
It's now registered and looking forward to going for a drive.
Lorbek have got themselves a new customer with me and I'll certainly be checking with you guys for my next car whenever that may be.

The almost new Audi which can only be described as, "The deal of a lifetime", is truly superb!
As far as my first time at buying a car, sight unseen, is concerned (other than the internet pictures) I couldn’t be more pleased – cars are always described as being "Immaculate" but this one truly is!
Sending the deposit to a company on the other side of the country that I had only ever spoken to by phone required a significant level of trust – trust well placed I must say!
The new car arrived at the transport yard here in Perth and all I had to do was inspect it, sign for it and leave my car behind after the transport company had inspected it – what could be easier?
I removed the old car's plates and drove straight to the licensing authority where they put the new car through a brief inspection, passed it and issued the necessary paperwork for me to fix the plates to the new car, (actually the old plates off the previous car)
You were immensely professional and all of the people we dealt with at Lorbek were extremely helpful – I would certainly not hesitate to do the same again with Lorbek.
Seeing my old car on the Lorbek website today, looking immaculate as well made me think that someone else who deals with you guys is about to get the same pleasurable experience I had ... and a bargain into the piece!

As I mentioned, my time is fairly backed up between now and when I complete the project therefore I don't think I'll get the time to do all I need to do to sell the Mercedes privately, freeing up the cash for the changeover so I’ll have to put up with it as is.

I'd been looking at the Lobek website for a few years and had always admired the quality of the cars. Living in a rural area I'd become quite used to purchasing items over the phone and internet, but the prospect of a major purchase such as this seemed unrealistic at the time.
When I saw the add for a "mint condition" BMW 735iL my interest became more than casual. I had always liked this model and their prices had become more reasonable lately. The website photos and the follow-up information was such a high quality that my confidence in buying from Lobek became not only "doable", but necessary if I was to get the car I wanted.
Of course I had misgivings, in fact I very nearly opted out, but I knew I'd never get the opportunity of buying another example in such good condition, and with an impeccable pedigree and service/maintenance record. The transport company that freighted the car to me are also a thorough and capable outfit that added to my confidence.
The car is magnificent, the closest I'll ever get to owning a "new" BMW. The four new tyres that were fitted before I'd made my final commitment adds to it's newness. The transition from interstate and re-registering required a little patience, but was smooth and straight-forward, easier than I imagined.
I'm not the sort of person that takes things for granted and a car to me is a lot more than transportation - it must have character, style and quality ...so it was fitting that I should've chosen Lorbek - I don't think I'd have got a better outcome.

I didn't thank you before I left because anything I would've said, would not have truly articulated how great a feeling it was to purchase the car from you.
The entire experience, from the first step I took into the premises was just first class. That level of quality service is so rare that I cannot imagine wanting to buy a car anywhere else, ever again, even though my wallet wouldn't come close to stacking up to your 'average'customer :)
I still can't believe I walked in on Tuesday night to look at a car I was not expecting to buy, and now its Thursday and I have it in my garage. Not only that, I'm feeling pretty happy that I can honestly say it was the best example of customer service I've experienced in my 40 years which means more to me than the deal....as awesome as it was.
